Get that relaxed feeling with a yoga session

All Levels Yoga

Come relax and releaase tension in our one hour all levels flow.  In this class we will focus on mental and physical relaxation through asanas (poses) and the breath (pranayama).

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow pace is a bit quicker, good for intermediate or advanced yogis.  You will connect asanas (poses) with deep breathing techniques (pranayama) to bring your body into a moving meditiative state.
